Budget

Funding goes to the group/institute to which the P.I. is affiliated.
Maximum grant amount awarded: €250K.
Project duration: 2 or 3 years.
A minimum of 20% and a maximum of 70% of the total budget can be requested per year.

Funding Overview

Funding cannot be used for:

• Salary of the P.I.
• Salary or financial reimbursement of international collaborators
(for specifics for Cross-Border Grants with AFI or FVA, see Cross-Border Grants)
• Institutional overhead
• Large capital equipment
• Construction of buildings
• VAT
